Yes. All rooms are fully furnished and ready to move into, however on special requests the rooms can be made semi-furnished. Furnishings are selected for comfort and practicality by our very own specialised interior design team, allowing you to settle in immediately without the need to purchase household items.
Absolutely. Each resident has their own private bedroom. Shared spaces such as kitchens and living areas are designed to be comfortable, spacious, and respectful of individual privacy.
Yes. Complimentary fortnightly housekeeping of your private suite is available if you choose to use it, helping you keep your living space fresh and comfortable throughout your stay.
In addition, all shared indoor and outdoor areas are professionally cleaned and maintained, including kitchens, living areas, bathrooms, landscaping, and pool and spa maintenance. Residents are expected to keep their home clean between housekeeping visits and to help maintain a respectful standard in shared spaces.
Yes. Our residences are well suited to both study and remote work, with reliable high-speed internet and calm, well-maintained shared spaces.
Each property is professionally managed, with resident support available to assist with maintenance, general enquiries, and the smooth day-to-day running of the residence.
We carefully consider resident compatibility when allocating rooms. While specific requests cannot always be guaranteed, we aim to create balanced, respectful communities.
Our residences are primarily designed for single occupancy. Some Master Suites permit couples. Please contact us directly if you have a specific enquiry.
